The City is required to provide written notice if certain actions are within 500' of your property. If you received notification, please refer to the Reference Number at the bottom of the postcard. The Planning and Zoning/Local Planning Agency/Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals meets the first Wednesday of every month.  Occasionally, there are special meetings held.

These cases include:  Special Exceptions, Dock Deviations, Variances, Vacations of Plat, Planned Development Projects, Land Use Map Amendments, Zoning Amendments, and Annexations.
