Results of Impaired Driving Enforcement (Operation You Booze, You Lose!)

(February 11, 2023) - The Cape Coral Police Department conducted a grant-funded impaired driving enforcement operation (You Booze, You Lose!) on February 10, 2023, targeting impaired driving. Funding was provided by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This operation was conducted citywide and resulted in thirty-four citations. No driver was stopped without a seatbelt.

We remind and thank the motoring public for always wearing their seatbelts.
