Cape Coral Woman Arrested for Prostitution & Narcotics

(February 3, 2023)- On February 2, 2023, Cape Coral Police Department’s Vice, Investigations, and Narcotics Unit (VIN) arrested Monika Lucic (W/F 05-04-1991, 1310 SW 13th Terrace) for numerous felony charges after a complex investigation. 

The investigation revealed that Ms. Lucic attempted to meet for sexual intercourse in exchange for money. Ms. Lucic also agreed to sell methamphetamine during this encounter. An encounter was coordinated using investigative techniques, and Ms. Lucic agreed to provide sexual acts in exchange for $100.00. 

The investigation also revealed that Ms. Lucic had fentanyl and buprenorphine on her. 

Ms. Lucic was subsequently transported to Lee County Jail.

Ms. Lucic was charged with the following:

*Solicitation of Prostitution, F.S.S. 796.07(2)(f).

*Possession of a Controlled Substance F.S.S. 893.13(6)(a), [ 0.8 Grams of Fentanyl]

*Possession of a Controlled Substance F.S.S. 893.13(6)(a) [3.1 Grams of Buprenorphine]
